This was good and reminded me a bit of the chicken dishes my aunts used to serve. It is sweet but not overly cloying because of all of the other spices and savories going into it so it's got more o a sweet and sour element going on,
You can just use the parts you like if you mix breasts and thighs you might have to adjust cooking time so breasts don't dry out.
I did serve it with rice and roasted string beans.
Not the healthiest but a nice festive dish that was enjoyed by all
