If children's place doesn't work for you, Mofi has nice husky pants. They're expensive but only thing that fits my son nicely. They do have sales a few times a year.
Mofi.com. you can call/Whatsapp and meet her at the warehouse to try for size. I found it simpler than ordering a bunch of sizes and lengths.

Marks and Spencer husky is the only pants that fit my son. They’re nice for shabbos and every day.
