Coming in from out of town for a day. Where would be a good place to buy a hatfall? (Not all sheitel places carry them.) Thanks!

Milano online. I've had good luck with their hatfalls and they're super comfortable.

The newer line of Milano hat fall is awful. Cheaper hair, fabric cap that stretches- makes the hairline fall down over your ears and gives you a headache (also rips).

Interesting, I love mine. What do you mean it makes the hairline fall down over your ears? The cap? I'm trying to visualize this. And how long of wearing it did it take to happen?

Started right away but got worse with time. Wear it for 8 hours the first time to make sure you're not running into same issue. The fabric cap fits. You wear it. The day goes on and the fabric stretches. The heavy part is the hair hanging down from the fabric (the fabric can't hold it). It keeps stretching, weighing down. The seam of the hairline on top and behind the ear starts encroaching on your ear. Your ear hurts. You get a splitting headache.
If anything at least size down what you usually wear from their brand.
Also this line got cheaper in price and the hair quality reflects that with more split ends faster (after first wash).
I've been wearing their hat falls for years, but not anymore. And this was the first time they were horribly nasty to me.

I tried them in the Irenes salon. They are made from extension quality hair, maybe for a messy baseball cap, not if you're looking for a sleek blow dried look.
Also tried the hustle. Maybe it was better than Irene but hair quality also wasn't something I could wear every day. They had free returns, as soon as it arrived and I tried it on, I was ready to issue an online return.
Recently bought one by that sketchy Ralph sale. Not very comfortable (too tight to be honest) but looks good and I'm wearing it daily.
Going to try Fortune next.
I had a consultation with Shevys but they wanted 3800 for a wig that doesn't even have a top, or hairline, wouldn't be able to see it before, and it just didn't make sense.

Thanks for explaining. I just got mine, I'll wear it all day tomorrow to check.

I wear it messy and need it for fast and easy and light. Don’t need a fancy put together sheitel look. For my purposes is Irene better than milano?

If you're going for an air dried wavy look you can get away with the hustle. Irenes awful.
