I don’t have a very narrow foot per se, was walking about nine miles a week at a relatively quick pace, and wore ASICS GEL-Excite 8 comfortably. Sized up about a size and a half which gave me a roomy fit in the toe box. B’hatzlacha.

I really love Saucony, I get in wide and that fits my wide toe box and narrow heels great. I have had at least 4 different models, all were great. My husband had other models and also said they were great. Probably best to try on a few to see what feels most comfortable. Some have more cushioning, some have more bounce, some of more support, some have combinations, etc.
ETA: I walk at least 2-3 miles a day.
