Definitely not yet!
Another good few weeks still. Depends on the weather really. By sukkos I'm usually in black but depends on the time of year that sukkos falls out in.

Back when I switched, I switched on sukkos. Now I wear black all year round. So much easier
The rule of thumb btw is that if you’re wearing summer shoes you wear nude. And if you’re wearing winter shoes you wear black

When it's cold. If it's hot the next day, I put nude back on.
I put a new pair on daily, & hv both in my drawer, so this isn't difficult.

I once heard that if the month name has a "R" in it you can wear black. Starting in SeptembeR, OctobeR, NovembeR, DecembeR, JanuaRy, FebruaRy, MaRch and ApRil...

Wearing black isn’t the same as wearing black tights. Black tights are heavy and look wintery, and look a bit out of place when it’s hot out.

That's what she's saying, black tights in the 'R' months, the cold ones.

Well it’s September now and still hot out so they would still look off…

Today is gloomy where I live. Not a drop of sun. Lately the weather cooled off a lot. Some mornings are rather chilly but warm up to 70 degrees by the afternoon.
I think today is considered a warmer day and going up to 79 degrees. No sun. It’s humid but not boiling hot like the summer.
Today I noticed a woman who was wearing black tights! I was a bit jealous because I can’t wait to switch. I didn’t see too many other women yet today but I’m wondering if people have switched already? It’s not cold and it’s before rosh hashana.
When will you switch?
Is Yom Kippur the official time if it’s not very hot?

I thought that was when you were allowed to eat oysters.
Probably not applicable to this site, though.
Wear whichever tights you like. Or none at all.

Why can’t everyone just be confident to wear whatever they want whenever they want? Why do you need to ask permission
