Mishpacha is probably the highest quality in terms of writing. Ami is very sensationalist but in an enjoyable way. Binah caters to a very specific kind of audience. There's no one that's the objective best– it's just a question of which one is best for you.

Ami - I’ve bought both consistently and just gravitated more to Ami
And yes I too love their business section .

Yes to this the pages and the graphic design is nicer making it a more enjoyable experience. I also like how they edit the magazine it’s an easy fun read. I read it cover to cover all three section (not the wisk)

Ami because I really enjoy their stories that continue each week
Mishpacha is also very good but I stopped buying it because I don’t want to pay for 2 magazines each week for myself.
We also get the circle. Even my teens read it cover to cover.

My husband buys both Ami and Mishpacha packs for shabbos
I like whisk for the pictures, lol!! There is a section for easy recipes with Bruchy dushinksky
Honestly I get bored on shabbos often times either way from both, the serials are very meh, nothing captivating to me. My husband loves the main Mishpacha and Ami magazines

I don't know what your hashkafa is, but if you're chareidi, Chayeinu is amazing! Thought out and actually reflects Torah Values. Minimal ads only at the back and only for important things (no clothing). It's monthly and we wait for it each month!
