My three month old is a very good night sleeper BH. Poo poo poo.
But his naps are pretty bad. Sleeps 20-30 minutes while rocked in the stroller or held. He is formula fed. Any advice?

It’s normal. Naps usually lengthen around 6 months or so. It’s so tough. If he’s sleeping well at night then I wouldn’t worry either. It’ll lengthen naturally soon.

My newborns are the same but I’m wondering if maybe your baby has reflux? Which is common with formula fed babies. My baby had that and with medication he slept much better. Worth asking your pediatrician. Hatzlacha

I truly hope so- it’s hard to get things done. I don’t remember how my others were at this age,
