What do you all think of my master bathroom addition?

I would love any feedback on the proposed floor plan for this addition.

the thick walls you see are the original exterior walls, so the door out of the bedroom used to lead to a patio... we want to put a bathroom there instead. with a kind of mini-office spot, and another exit to the outdoors. I would love to hear any feedback.

I worked really hard to insist that I want the bathroom to have a really narrow profile against the side of the house, not to block the round window that you can see in the next bedroom over, and also not to be in view of the dining room (which you can't see in this picture). ideally I'd want this even narrower, but I'm not sure if it's possible...

do you guys think this looks nice? functional? ideas to make it better? (do you think it can get any narrower?)

right now the vanity is immediately adjacent to the tub... any thoughts on whether that can work or not, or how to make it work better? would you put the knobs/faucet for the tub on the other side?
