Does anyone know why I don’t get notifications for some accounts?
I have post notifications turned on for about 4 accounts that I should be notified when they post a post or a reel. Sometimes I’ll get a notification but most times not.
I have strong WiFi connection.
I even go back everyday to make sure notifications are on for those four accounts.

Is this on your phone.... What are your phone notifications set to?
Or your browser's notifications?

I. Notice the banner style is temporary.
What other options are there?

My phone is locked then so I should have gotten the notifications. But otherwise it’s on all types of banners.

I changed it to persistent.
But I thought that’s only if my phone is unlocked.

Try changing the banner notification to persistent instead of temporary
And I just checked on my mom's iPhone and see how it says Instagram notification settings. Click in that and make sure that all of that is also checked off

I honestly have no ideas. I don't use an iPhone but see my post above about clicking into the bottom notifications. It's possible it's when I clicked in there. There were all these options for my mother's phone

No problem if it continues to persist ask someone who has an iPhone if you can compare your settings to theirs cuz it's possible that I'm missing something. My other is notifications were off. I just pretended to turn them on and looked at what all the options were
