My husband gets the award for Worlds Pickiest Eater.
He doesn't like chicken.
He doesn't like cutlets.
He doesn't like patties or burgers.
The only 2 things he eats is schnitzel and chicken poppers, both of which I DONT like at all.
For pareve/milchig dinner he likes flounder and salmon.
Any ideas, PLEASE??

First of all can you cook his food in bulk and he'll reheat when he wants?
Would he eat tacos or meatballs/ meat sauce?
What about Mac and cheese?

That's great! he likes so many protein options.
can you try a few different breading options? pretzel crumbs, cornflake, panko, bread crumbs. just to start expanding his reach?
Does he eat veggies?
my son really picky, he eats shnitzel, nuggets, fishsticks etc.
but a nice amount of raw veggies.
I stopped fighting it for the most part and just make and freeze portions of what he eats
but. once a month he has to choose a new dish he will try. and by try eat a nice amount of. ANYTHIHG he wants that's real food. whatever his heart desires. but he needs to pick something. and try it.
so far he had hamburgers, soup, sliders, broccoli, cauliflower, quinoa, corn on the cob.
and he actually liked the broccoli, quinoa and corn win win!!
the quiona I cooked with the powdered osem consomme. broccoli I sprinkled with bone=sucking bbq spice. corn I just boiled with salt. he loved!
