I never heard of a sibling not being at their brothers bris. It's a family simcha. He's part of the family, he's there.

Chassidish as well. Siblings & grandparents of the baby wear shabbos clothing. The day of the bris is considered a yom tov for the parents of the baby.

I brought my other kids to the bris- that's what grandmothers and husbands are for. I take care of newborn and they can handle everyone else.
Back to the original q- I just put them in a cute shabbos outfit.
