My car is on the fritz so I have been taking the Lakewood Shuttle to a few places to get around.
Since it does not look like getting a new car is happening now, I need something replace the piece of junk stroller I have been using.
Does this exist?
-Light weight
-Easy to fold
-Easy to push
-Has a canopy
-Can put bags on handle bar
-Under $100, even under $50
It's for an 18 months old.

I have the city tour baby jogger which fits all your criteria but it was $200 open box

I never used it but bingo (in Monsey so assuming Lakewood also) had the baby monster for $80

Are not uppababy impossible to fold and very heavy?

It's not so lightweight as it's a good sturdy stroller, but it folds easily with one hand. (The cruz is smaller than the vista)
