These are similar in style and size to what I have. (I have Joseph Sedgh bone china with silver trim and can't find them online- I bought them a while ago.) Hopefully this is helpful anyway.

I also have a collection of large bowls in same family, and a lot is served in those (side dishes, roast with sauce). I round it all out with some rustic boards for when I'm serving a whole chicken or sliced meats.

Not sure if you mean disposable or what your budget is. I usually use glass trays from amazing savings. My expensive trays (from the yellow door) usually don't get used because I'm nervous about breaking them and putting them into the dishwasher.

Pampa bay has excellent ones.

From me I love cooking in oven to table bakeware so that it skips the platter part when necessary and most of these are oven safe.

I have a mix of fine china, glass, silver, and pottery. I use rectangular, oval, and round platters as well as trays with handles (the last being helpful for Sukkot.)
I bought some things from Juliska (available online or in Bloomingdales). They also have an outlet store. https://juliskafactoryoutlet.com/

Home Goods has some beautiful platters and their options are constantly changing.

Other options available at Williams Sonoma, Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn.

I have found perfectly serviceable and nice-looking things at Amazing-Savings-type stores in Israel. If you like minimalist styles, this is a good bet.

I also have serving platters that came with our china.
