I've made very boring safe choices with my living room decor and would love to add some color! Maybe with art, throw pillows, rug, accent chair etc
I have a light to medium ish gray couch, and a darker blue gray (I guess kind of slate blue) recliner. I also have a bookcase that is kind of a dark gray brown color.
Walls are white.
What fun colors would pop with what I currently have? I was thinking maybe a dusty light red color? Or would that look off?
Any other suggestions?

What colour do you love? Navy and royal blues could look really nice. It sounds like anything will go really.
I have bottle green accents in my living room at the moment but I switch it up every few years.
Maybe look at rugs first and then you can get plain couch cushions to match. Then you can try to find other decor things.

Thanks! I like coral/ red/ peach kind of colors, olive green, mustard.
I'm really not such a neutrals kind of person which is why it's funny I went so safe with my furniture choices!
Good idea to look at rugs first.

Imo it's always better to go neutral with the big pieces and bring in color with smaller decor.
Mustard sounds nice here.

I personally think mustard looks bathroom like but that's probably just me. And red cheapens the look.
Coral sounds really nice! May be hard to find things in that colour.
