I’m in a rut and need some perspective.
I have a great job BH- well paid, health insurance (which my husband doesn’t get from his job), flexible hours, good company but…I don’t enjoy the actual work. I have a degree and am working in this field, but not in the type of way I always dreamed of. It doesn’t give me the satisfaction I would want to have. I also end up working most days from bus to bus (meaning not much time to myself) except most Fridays (some I do have to work).
My husband earns nicely BH, and we could probably swing by on his salary right now, but our kids are still young.
I keep thinking if I quit my job, will I feel deep regret in the future. I do have a good earning potential, but realistically, to earn what I’m earning now, most jobs would require harder work, longer hours with less flexibility, but something I would probably enjoy more.
I’m so torn. Should I just quit and be a SAHM as long as we can swing it, or stay at my job because it’s too good to give up.
My husband is not being helpful- he keeps saying if you don’t want to work, then don’t.

First world problems. In the same boat as you aside for Fridays when I work full time. I’m just unsure myself because I know I’ll also be second guessing my choice.
I feel like a talk with a completely unaffiliated person would be best. Not sure who that person is tho.

I had this, but differently because I really need the money. I went to a therapist who told me to stay in the job and get fulfillment from other areas. I did that, and it worked out well B”H. For example, I was lacking in the ruchnius. So she told me to do Partners in Torah and learn Chumash with my kids. That’s one example. Other things I was lacking in were accomplishment and socializing. So for accomplishment I learned new recipes and went to exercise class. For socializing I have a learning group with ladies on my block. As I get older I see how very important the health insurance is (and the dental insurance) and so many other things (life insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, flexible spending for medical bills). Yes it’s golden handcuffs for me as long as it lasts.

You are well paid, flexible hours, etc. Most people dream of this kind of job. I would say that unless you're miserable, you should stay

I had the same thing, my husband wasn’t being helpful either- he said if you want to stay home just stay home and I was going crazy deciding
The difference is that I didn’t have any benefits at the job and after paying babysitting wasnt coming out with that much anyway. So I quit
I’d say if you’re earning a nice salary and your job has benefits try and fill in the gaps with other things like another poster said. Give it a year, see how it goes, and then you can reevaluate.
