The trainer would have to be in your house for about 15 hours a day.
Correct?

I tried this and wasn’t successful at all and I need him to be trained for school. I’m hoping that a stranger will have more luck

From now to school have him all day with nothing other than shirt on. Have a cleaning lady on standby.
Keep reminding him to make. Eventually he’ll learn.
If you want to be totally uninvolved you’ll have to hire a babysitter to entertain him all day and remind him to keep going to the potty.
You’ll likely have to pay the babysitter more because she’s also toilet training.
You’ll also need a cleaning lady around for accidents.

I did this. Went away for Shabbos leaving dd3 home with a babysitter. She had her fully trained when I got home.

There's an amazing lady in Monroe who does toilet training consulting! He helped me train my special needs 4 year old son in a few days (after months of attempts on my part). It was years ago... don't remember much else about her!

This. How old is he? My dd just turned 3 and only been trained for the past 2-3 weeks. She just wasn’t ready before. I didn’t even do much training..just gave her underwear and had her go to the.m toilet. Teachers also helped in school. And the last 2 or so weeks she’s been saying when she has to go. But before that she wasn’t ready. That’s tough if the school is making the child be trained.

This is not going to sound like a good answer. I would never send to a school to force me to toilet train my child. My children all trained when they were over 3 years old and they made sure with their schools that they were okay with it. I would never pressure myself to have a kid trained by the school year

You say he's trained you send him with a pull up and if anything more severe happens you pick him up from school.

Btdt with almost each of my children.

The minute they started going to school and saw all the other kids going to toilet it clicked for them.

OP I am in the same position. Daughter is 3 and 3 months and nursery requires her to be trained. She's scared of making on toilet even though she will sometimes agree to sit on it, nothing happens. I feel like she has an aversion. Al the toys and nosh in the world do not help, she's simply afraid/has an aversion.

Dunno what to do.

I work so I can’t be busy with it all day. Last time we tried over an extended weekend and he was peeing all over the floor and a million times a day . I am offering someone to manage the process while I’m working . I’m prepared to pay well and I expect them to do a basic wipe down of accidents and I’ll mop at days end
