What's the best debit card to give dc who is going for the year.
When I sent another dc TD bank had 0% foreign exchange rate/fee. It's now 3%. Chase is also 3%.
Looking for ideas. Thanks!

Revolute. No charge for overseas transactions.

cashapp cardworks, no fees
my kids use capital one.
we money electronically from their accounts at a different bank to capital one as needed.

We use Charles Schwab for overseas DC's and when traveling abroad ourselves. No exchange fees and ATM fees reimbursed at the end of the month.

Been living here for a year we use Capital One.
If you want any hotel credit cards as well they have zero transaction fees. Like Hilton Amex is free. Check out dans deals maybe. Good luck!
