Currently am under close monitoring for risk of developing depression. I am trying to find appropriate Tisha B’Av content that is not heavy so I can connect to the day without it triggering my fragile state. I started 5 different shiurim with neutral titles tonight that all became very depressing very quickly. I already reviewed the Halachos of Tisha B’Av. Please share content that should not need a trigger warning.

Rabbi Rosner on Iyov, on the OU Torah app.

(Iyov is one of the things the classic sources say you should learn today. And it was recorded a while ago, so guaranteed no current events.)

I generally find rabbi Yoel Gold's stuff uplifting and inspiring rather than heavy and depressing.
