I think whatever you may not do lhalacha one may also not ask a non jew to do
question is if you consider this

one is not supposed to do any “projects” during the nine days. so unless your refrigerator is part of the weekly things your cleaning lady does, your cleaning lady is NOT supposed to be doing it today. have her do it next week. Today she should only be doing routine things.

I do it usually every 2-3 weeks.
So I guess no.
