I fell asleep early last night and by mistake left a carton of eggs out and a bag of frozen California veggies on the counter.
Are either of these salvageable? Was going to use the eggs in a kugel and cook the veggies and then bake in dough in the oven.
TIA!

Ýou can absolutely use the eggs. I have left out eggs before and it's no problem. The vegetables probably are also ok

Eggs are fine not a question. Vegetables probably too, just bake right away

Both the eggs and veggies are fine. Eggs are refrigerated to last longer.
Frozen veggies thawed and were in a sealed bag. Vegetables also are a food that isn't refrigerated. Freezing makes them least longer as does refrigeration. You can eat vegetables left at room temperature - they just become ripe and rotten more quickly.

Which one? Onions are for onion kugel, vegetables are in puff pastry dough.

They are both fine.
People have lived thousands of years without refrigerators.
