I have to say the Bosch and the my Braun food processor.
I’m convinced they were made by Yidden and they felt bad for their mothers and decided to invent it.. if it weren’t for them, we’d be all eating fruits and vegetables from the trees and gardens daily..

Do they have to be gadgets, or can they be household items?

For tubs that have drain covers that don't hold back the hair that comes loose during showers, and the standard tub strainers don't fit due to the drain cover type. These are a life-changer (and took forever to find something that fits).

I do a lot of meal prep; chicken/meat delivery once a week and I chop/season/marinate then freeze in ziploc bags ready to go. Just bought these and they save the day, making it so much easier to get the wet items inside the ziploc bag without contaminating the ziptop bag/part that touches other items in the freezer.

These really protect pillows from getting yellow and helps keep them firmer longer. Make sure to keep a drop of the zipper open at the corner if you don't like the added air that pops up when you first lie down.

Taco holders. Don't take up much space. No intro needed.

Laundry machine guards to keep things from falling down behind the washing machine and dryer (there are different sizes/versions depending on your specific machine/s).

My favorite. Chair socks to protect wood floors. (Different sizes for different chair feet/pegs).

Cell phone saver. Can set it to charge just 1 hour and then turn off. This protects a phone's life/battery.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d.....title

Oven thermometer. Hard to bake without them.

Which vegetable chopper do you have?
I want to buy one but want it to be heavy duty.
I don't have patience for gadgets that don't live up to par.
Any reviews appreciated
Thanks

I have a manual vegetable dicer but it's a pain to clean (the metal dicer part isn't the best in the dish washer either). I use it sometimes anyway if I am rushing (or when I have helpers in the kitchen, they use it and find it fun and I get beautiful little diced pieces). If I have time, I just dice by myself with a knife. I do this most often.

Electric versions make chunky pieces not diced. I use my Braun for processing on the S blade, shredded veggies 2 sizes, French fry shapes sometimes for sweet potato since those are harder to cut.

I have the pl8 vegetable dicer. While it's great I feel the same about cleaning it. My kids still use it sometimes, I never.

Its disheartening...

I guess I'll continue doing my chopping with my knives.
