I just made cheesy garlic knots, was yum. I’m assuming you’d do same thing with regular garlic knots. The recipe was to bake it and right after it comes out of oven, pour a mixture of oil, parsley and garlic

I create the oil mixture and let it sit
I use pizza dough
I bake the knots plain at 475 for 8 minutes
When still hot put in garlic oil and remove
Let sit for a few minutes before serving.

This is how I do it.
Mix it in the mixture after it's baked and still hot.
Oil, minced garlic, salt, parsley

Thanks! I was dipping it before baking and it gave a pretty strong smell. So now I know to dip it after...

After.
Roll dough into small ropes. Knot each one. Bake at 450 for about 12 minutes. Shake baked knots in a Ziploc with oil, crushed garlic, coarse salt and parsley flakes. Serve warm.
