Who gives the best CD rates for 9 months-1y?
What happens if the highest rate place now will have lower than others once the term is up and you want to renew the CD? Do people jump from place to place every year?
Besides CDs, what's another conservative way of investing (FDIC approved) and what percentage do they offer, compared to CDs?
Interested in short term investments, 1-3y.
