If your community was having a chofetz chaim women’s video showing on Tisha b’av, what time of day would work best for you?
Don’t need to know if no time works only for those who theoretically can get out and go.

Would be afternoon, about fifteen minutes after mincha is over. Time for dh to get home after chatzos, but early enough that kids in Tisha Bav camps aren't home yet.
