I'm a slim build but with a big pregnant looking stomach and lots of weight gain on my thighs, pear shaped I guess. We've had so many pregnancy losses and it's put a huge strain on my body between meds and hormones.
Now we have to stop TTC for the foreseeable unless we figure out an answer, so I need concentrate on myself, get rid of this extra weight, get strong, and feel good about myself again. Any recommendations for where to start? I am always so hungry and I'm not in a good mood when I am hungry. I just would like to know what exercise and food plans I can look at that will impact me in a positive way.

Try balanced meals with protein to help cravings
Find a exercise partner or group so it's enjoyable
