What kind of payroll software does your company use?
I work in a medical office where providers are paid bases on the type of appointment, but each one has their own rate/cheshbon and it's getting extremely difficult to keep track of everything on a spreadsheet.
In addition, my boss always has last minute bonuses to add or changes to make and there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason to how things are calculated.
Looking for any and all advice.

QuickBooks is very basic, and doesn't have what you're looking for.
Try Paywhiz
