I thought we aren’t supposed to predict. But he is a tremendous gadol and Talmid chacham so how do we make sense of his words

I don’t know I didn’t listen to all the speeches, only one where said. As we already discussed we know techiyas hameisim is in 2030.

But again, aren’t we not supposed to predict?

And because I think maybe some people are more Knowledgeable than me, or have heard from other Rabbanim.

Good point!
Idk who he is, but sometimes you can find the rov's contact info if they're involved in a yeshiva. Or if their office number is listed in the local. Phone book. Or you can ask around if anyone knows.

Curious if anyone on here has any ideas on how to reach him (or is able to explain what he meant)

You can’t really ask this question if you only heard second hand. You have to listen to the full context and exactly what he said. Was he saying techiyas hameisim could be in 2030? Was he saying it probably will be? Was he saying there are some sources that say this? None of these statements are absolute.

There's no nevuah nowadays & absolutely no one can predict that.
