Looking for a filling supper idea during the 9 days with a few requirements:
*No dairy
*Obviously no meat
*A bit sophisticated for an adult pallet, ie not pb sandwiches
*Can travel well, I can put it in a cold pack and can be heated up once we arrive at our destination.
Any ideas?

Baked ziti and lasagna reheat well.
Poke bowls and grain bowls refrigerate and travel well in insulated carrier, no heating required.
Cheese blintzes and pasta salads travel well.
Greek salad and Caesar salad with slice of fish like salmon on top that tastes good cold.
Niçoise salad is an all in one meal that refrigerates well and is eaten cold.
Can you bring raw fish and sear it fresh?
