Would love to know the same! Every time I looked into it, I went in circles. Either needing to change my number, costs a fortune, no one to help me navigate and keep the specific apps I need on my phone...
Guidance would be nice. I live on Monsey. Any stores here?

Try Safecell, near the old Chemed building on Rt. 9. They're very helpful and knowledgeable.

I've had the Samsung Galaxy 3 for several years and I couldn't be happier.

First, it's very decent quality in general, which means it has a very good camera, a lot of memory etc.

It also come preloaded with:

Waze
Siddur/Tehillim/Kol Haloshon
Secular and Hebrew Calendars
Bank apps for pretty much every regional bank--super-convenient. You can deposit checks remotely, Zelle people etc, all without a browser
2 weather apps
Waze and another navigational app
Smartlist
Email
Uber
Microsoft Word

It's really everything you could need without giving you a browser. (I don't think a kosher phone with a browser exists)

I don't live in Lakewood but would go there

Yes it's a flip phone.

I got it on Amazon. The guy in Lakewood who puts on apps can also make sure it's filtered property.
I would advise to pay full price even though it's not cheap and not buy refurbished, but up to you.

Number of phone guy: 248-284-3054
You can call him I think he sells all kinds of phones as well.

Also, make sure it's unlocked so you can use any service SIM card in it.
Unless you have Verizon, in which case you can buy it Verizon or unlocked:)

Found it on Amazon, but it's renewed. I would look around more, but for reference on how it looks see link. Good luck!
