How long is boot camp?
Can I manage this part time from home or will I need to start off as a full time employee in person?
Can I pull this off as a part time teacher?
I’m looking for additional income.

Yes you can but you need a lot of discipline and headspace. To do it well, you need at least 10 months.

Boot camps are not the path to employment as they once were. Most tech jobs require some low level work in IT like help desk, network management, etc for a couple of years before qualifying for a high paying job. If you don't have a degree, I recommend doing an online degree program so at least you have a piece of paper that qualifies you to get your foot in the door with those low entry level positions.
But what do you mean by high tech? What specifically do you want to do?

First step is not to call it high tech. It's like a wannabe graphic designer calling themselves a graphics designer (iykyk  )
Secondly, I would take a look at the market of the specific job title in the location you live in. Right now corporate tech is on the decline. It's very very competitive and people are getting laid off left and right. There can be more stability in the frum world but generally the salaries are significantly lower.
So my suggestion is to look around and talk to people who work where you'd like to doing what you want to do. Find out the maalos and chisronos of their jobs and ask them how hard competitive it is for them currently.
