So hard to avoid eating after supper. I already brushed my teeth but I've done that early in the past and ended up caving in and eating again. Baked ziti for my husband is in the oven now and I don't want to get tempted when he eats it. I know one slip and I'll end up eating more things. Somehow food tastes better at night time. Can't Believe It

Drink when you feel like eating. Water or hot tea.

Eat a piece of chicken! Or any bite of fleish food. A friend who is in the heath field taught me that once. Best advice.

Gum makes it worse cuz it's the chewing that will want me to end up chewing real food

I love drinking nana mint tea at night, it’s so soothing and has a good flavor.

Too late for tonight but maybe try this another time. It says that eating only one raisin can curb a sugar craving. Read how. https://www.thehealthy.com/wei.....ings/
