For a baby yes, just expect it to take extra time while they check it.

I don't think you can go through the precheck with something that's not allowed.

I fly all the time with kids, and always with full bottles. They just swab the bottle and test it. You can even travel with a water bottle if you need it for formula.

I was able to take water. I said it was for my baby (she's 3 but looks younger).

It's supposed to be fine. Once in a while, they give you a hard time. This past winter, we spent an extra hour by security because of my daughter's bottle.

Yes it’s okay, but a lot for extra time since they’ll most likely test it
Also remove from your bag so they don’t waste time searching for it afterwards

It’s just luck of the draw how many bags have been flagged before yours and how backed up the staff are checking them one by one. They might flag less in the pre check line but there will always be bags pulled aside to check for things they don’t allow.

They must let you take water for babies (I think under 4) some will give you a hard time if you have a bunch of bottles but really most of them will let you through. Just be sure to put all the waters in 1 bag so they don't flag every one of your bags and waste all your time

Of course not. I meant will the tsa precheck take longer also. Longer than a minute or two extra.

Don’t you just Join the queue after you speak to the tsa person with your id?
So it really depends how long the line is after that and how many bags are ahead of you.

Is it just me? I get so grossed out when they touch my baby’s stuff with the same gloves they used for who knows how long. I feel like it’s rly unsanitary.

You can and should request that they put on a new pair. They have always been nice about it to me.

Good to know I did not know you can do that. It’s always so rushed I feel like.

I always see them changing gloves in between ppl when my items need to be checked. It’s part of the security process it needs to be uncontaminated so they can know if it has a problem

They didn’t even look at the bottle! They did check the nutrition shakes though.
