I have a puff pastry sheet that was in the freezer and I already defrosted.
I made potato knish roll, I made a deli roll. Need other ideas. Thanks.

I make tuna patties (tuna, egg, and bread crumbs) batter and put in a puff pastry. We serve with either a mushroom sauce or pasta sauce.
