My metal baking sheet has tons of residue that I can’t get off. Best hack?

Bar keepers friend. It’s fantastic. We’ve used it remove baked on residue from roasting things.

If it's stainless steel, you can use lye-based oven cleaner. Otherwise--have you tried genuine steel wool or a metal-coil scrubbie?

What metal? Is at with/out coat?
