What do girls get after bralettes? When they are ready for a little more support but still pretty small. Underwire tshirt bras? It's my oldest girl and I'm clueless...

So this is pretty much what she wears now. At what point is she ready for a "real bra" and then what is that for a girl? Is there next step before Underwire? (besides sports bra, thanks to the poster for that suggestion, that might be a good option)

Beyond the type that I posted (which is a little more shapely/supportive than the first one that was shared) I would take her to a fitting store for advice. Myself (Brooklyn) and secret me (5t) both have a nice manner with tweens/teens and they have things that are in between the training and real bras.

Get her a real bra, but just her size.
My DD wears 32 A.

Early on, girls need just coverage, not support. When there's what to support, it's time to move on to something with enough support. It's different for everyone.
