Hi, for the past few summers I have gotten some dark looking freckles above my lip from the sun. Wondering what I can do about it and if there is a cream that I can use to lighten it. I use sunscreen there religiously and it disappears in the winter. It’s so weird. Has anyone else experienced this and have a good solution?

Is it a melasma? I bought a cream for it on Amazon but haven't tried yet as I'm still nursing.

Niacinamide
Retinol (only at night)
Pycnogenol (taken as a supplement or ingredient in creams)
The best is to invest and use your sunscreen!

Yes, I believe it Melasma. Good point about nursing as I’m nursing as well and didn’t even think about it. Does anyone have a link to something they have used and is safe for nursing?
