You won’t feel burned out because of your baby. You will have more energy. Looking at your baby even when you’re tired will give you energy.

If it's a private babysitter, then you're right, but in many childcare centers there is a schedule and even when it goes by the child and not a schedule, no provider is free to take care of four, seven, or whatever number of children's needs all in a "timely manner." Some children will have to wait. That's just life.
So if they are waiting anyways then it's much better for the baby to stay with its mother.

Exactly. So when it comes down to it me working from home is still better than a sitter. Neither of us are 100% attentive all the time and baby will have to sometimes wait but if that's the case then better not to have the transitions and temporary caregivers etc. A busy mom and familiar environment is better than a busy sitter and subs in a different environment. Plus once babies start to move they sometimes also hurt each other and that doesn't really get taken care of or stopped...

You can't put the baby in a bouncer all the time. Slings sometimes but those are very good for babies.
My babies mess up my house while I work.

Not sure how you can assure OP this. I 100% get burned out by the combination of my work and my kids...
