(I have a good challah dough recipe already)

If you mean plain round rolls, you just grab a hunk of dough and turn it inside out. Pinch the bottom and put that part down on the pan.

I know… that’s what I do but they are small and everyone else seems to make nicer shaped rolls

I use little round disposable aluminum pans meant for challa rolls. Come out hogh and beautiful each time

No I don't have a link I purchase in the jewish groceries.
Braiding depends on my mood . Either one snake and tuck end in, typical style.or I make snake break it in half twist together and roll up. Tuck.

Are the pans individual or something like muffin pans?

Individual.
Gives them the shape of high round rolls served in hall at simcha.
They make them square too

I found the pans in the store. Do you put each pan on the racks in the oven or do you place them on a baking sheet?
Also, how long do you bake for? 25 minutes?
