I just realized,I assumed you were talking about frozen, I didn't realize they make mixes also.
Are there no instructions? I would think if it's a mix all you need to do is add milk

the liquid one? don't grease the pan, comes out better without. But use a nonstick pan and just pour in wait till bubbles on low flame and then flip.
