So it's not impossible that whoever you spoke to that scammed you has it way worse than you.
I hope you can get your money back.

Read that same article today. Great paper.
I used to think I was helping society at large if I stayed on the phone so they couldn't scam someone else. But that article says they get in hot trouble if they don't bring in enough leads. What a sad situation.

Op call your bank and stop it. I’m so sorry you went through this. Your bank should be able to stop the transfer. Good luck!

Op, A family member of mine was scammed of about $10,000 a few months ago. I believe they got a little bit back from the bank but most of it was lost... The scammers work a little bit differently in their case....
