I just bought some new tops before the 3 weeks.
I tried on this gorgeous Shabbos top that fit me like a glove - except my belly stuck out.
This is a common theme for me:
If I buy size x, it's perfect for my shoulders and bust, but my tummy looks pregnant.
If I buy size y, it's too big on my shoulders and bust (and my tummy looks big even if it fits loosely).
B"H I have some clothes that hang in a tunic-y way that don't have that problem, but it's still really annoying.

Same problem. I carry all my weight in my tummy. Oh well, that’s the way Hashem made me. I do find dolman sleeve works well for me in general

You can buy to fit your middle and have a seamstress take the rest in. An added expense but may be worth it if proper fit is important to you. Or wear separates and buy different sizes top and bottom.

I wear compression tanks for the same reason. Or tummy control underwear.
