I use parchment paper, but sometimes stuff still gets on it and greasy pizza leaks through etc.

I usually use dishsoap on a paper towel and rub it really well. Then wash off with wet paper towels until clean

I wash it with wet paper towels when the Betty is still very hot.

Pour water and some (kosher) dishwashing soap into the Betty and turn it on. Let it get really hot for a few minutes then turn off and rinse/scrub as necessary. Works amazingly well.

This is why I don't like the BC and gave it away. My disposable pans in the oven keep my counters empty and leave me nothing to degrease.
