Vanicream daily moisturizer contains ceramides and is paraben free, unlike cetaphil and cerave. I recommend it

- Jojoba oil
- What about a facial moisturizer for babies? Those are very mild.

It sounds like your skin is overloaded right now anyway, and needs some cleaning before you can soothe it with oil
What's your daily routine right now?

This.
I'd usually say the natural stuff but I recently had a very unpleasant reaction to natural deodorant. So I'd go with something tested. La Roche posay products are amazing.

Avoid any oil containing products as they may solve the dry skin but will like cause pimples.
Some brands mentioned above are my go to for patients. If you had issues with those I would say you can try neutrogena hydro boost gel cream. Really gentle and hydrating.
Another alternative would be eucerin immersive hydration.

I used Neutrogena and my skin didn't like it, it really irritated my skin, I haven't tried the fragrance free version which may be better.
I would suggest aveeno face products like calm & restore gel moisturiser or Avene cicalfate line.

I also have very sensitive and super dry skin that's eczema prone. Right now I'm using Cerave serum with hyrolaunic acid and Vanicream moisturizer on top of that for my face. For the rest of my body I'm using Curel. Sunscreen-based on recommendations from this site, I just started using Blue Lizard, but before that Cetaphil face sunscreen was working for me, it just stopped working well for me.
Good luck! Let us know what you tried and if it worked for you.

I also used Cerave's foaming cleanser in the shower to remove makeup. It's made for dry, sensitive skin and I haven't had any issues with it.
