I don't live in Lakewood but I've bought from their store online before:
Outlet & Co.'s $18 sale started! Only at the 120 Hillside Blvd Lakewood store. All styles $18! Open until 9 tonight, until 2 tomorrow.

They have way more in the store than online based on what they wrote but you can look online to get a feel of some of their stuff. I have never been in their store to know.
I do know their customer service is very good, my first experience with them was a couple years ago post partum when they were flexible on return policy for me but knowing what size would work.
I ordered some tops from them a few months ago and then one ended up being sold out and they offered me several options before assuming they should just skip that shirt.
