If you're talking about three men and a baby from 1986 or 7, 7 with Tom Selleck, two other famous guys that was directed by Leonard nimoy.
it is hysterical as far as I can remember, it is pretty clean. They also have two men and a little lady which came out 5 years later. Not directed by Leonard. Nimoy was absolutely adorable, although there is one very interesting scene in the beginning that I remember two interesting scenes in the beginning that I remember one where the little girl asks about male anatomy. Aunt another where she explains her unconventional family and another little boy tells her that that's weird
