Slicing cake kokosh into buns

I see many recipes wit the options of slicing kokosh cake into 1" buns.

some call for oven temperature of 350f and some for 375f.

wondering what the difference is.

I often do this as it's much quicker and easier than making rogelach, but there's still the fun of individual. I don't think the temperature matters, just do it on whatever you usually bake your baked goods at.
