You could always literally add tickets per amount in their daily streak, starting fresh each Sunday. So Sunday they can earn one ticket, Monday two if they earned a ticket yesterday, Wednesday 3 if they did Sun and Mon, and if they break their streak they start at 1 again.
Then, yes, they may only do Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, but they'll only have 4 tickets by Friday, vs their sibling with potentially 21 tickets! Can one of their 4 tickets still win? Yeah but the odds are just so much lower!
