Forgot to write I ordered everything on Amazon that came up with the search “loose tee or loose short sleeve” etc
The necks are CRAZY Low and a lot of stuff runs huge. Basically not workable

Kidichic basic rib t-shirts 3/4 sleeve comes in tons of colors. That worked for me

Loose button down shirts seem to work.
Otherwise Google adaptive girls clothing. Tommy Hilfiger and Target seem to have these with extra velcro closures.
