Interesting. Cuz I see Grocery stores within half a block away from each other.

Groceries are different in big cities like BP where there's enough business to go around BH.
Besides, I know of more then one set of stores feuding in BD or court because they opened right next to each other.

Cookie Corner is a far cry from Taam Eden and Sesame and that cafe on 49.
I think they are successful in Lakewood because there's nothing better around here.
Lakewood is super excited with Sesame and anxiously awaiting Taam eden to open up here.

In Lakewood, sesame is a sit down place. In BP, neither sesame nor Taam Eden have sit down and are average bakeries. (Delicious yes, but just a bakery with a takeout option)
I spend half my time in bp, and half my time in Lakewood, and am super excited for cookie corner to open in BP.

It’s successful because it’s excellent. Sesame was so hyped and I can’t understand the hype. It’s chaos and some bagels and spreads, what’s the big deal? Cookie corner is unique food.

They started out with their famous cinnamon buns which are absolutely delicious and they have really good "iced java blenders". Those are my go tos.
They have a really good avacado sourdough toast, unique salads, pastries, beautiful tasty tarts which I order as gifts.. Their food is everything it's made out to be without outrageous price tags.
I am always order online to avoid waiting in the store.
Enjoy it!

I am also obsessed with their pancakes, they’re honestly unlike any I’ve had anywhere else
I’ve only had it from lakewood, but they are so light and airy and fluffy

Prices are quite expensive.
18-25 a salad
Avocado toast or grill cheese is 16.
