Not op, but im.scared of the pesticides.

What does a treatment look like.

My experience with roaches is it really does not seem like something dangerous. They put small amounts of gel in corners of cabinets and crevices. It’s very effective but you barely see it

Bh no any experience besides for when I lived in ey and used tapogel and it worked great. We followed the ants to see where they were going and filled the holes with the gel and we basically didn’t hear from them again till the next season. Had to do in a few diff areas to catch all the nests.

Is this ok to use while pregnant? I have a ton of ants was using something natural until now but it just made them die in my house so I would have to pick them dead off the floor every day and today I noticed some of them grew wings! I'm going crazy!

Check with an exterminator or look up pictures online - I've often thought that termites look a bit like ants with wings...

Sad

This is the hormonal treatment. It messes with their system so that the young ones never mature. Roaches work in cycles and if you don't kill all the babies, there will be a new fresh crop of adult ones next spring so you want to make sure those will never be able to reproduce

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d.....ss_tl

This is the gel I used:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d.....ss_tl

Roaches are gross creatures and will eat each other's dead bodies and droppings and this gel will make all of that poisonous, too.

I lined the entire perimeter of every room with the gel and then nightly checked for areas that needed replacing. I put extra traps and more growth regulator in those areas, too.

OP- I also had roaches outside. They walk the streets like they own some areas of Brooklyn and I think that's how they ended up inside in the summer when the back door was open all the time. But anyway, I put gel and sprayed growth regulator by my front and back steps as well. And lined my property with this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d.....ss_tl

It worked. I'm sure it's not so different than what exterminators do, less bombing for roaches, except it took more work and vigilance and was much cheaper.

Some exterminators use roach bombs which are basically contraptions that release pesticides into the air of the confined space of your house to try to kill the bugs. You have to clear your house for hours and then heavy duty clean everything that could have come into contact with the pesticides. It's super unhealthy. And it doesn't always work because it oftentimes can't reach the bugs behind the walls.

Aaaaaaah. Woke up at 330 and went to check my kitchen and saw many scattered on my floor. I saw similar in the middle k
of the night motzai shkbbos and last Wednesday. Last Wednesday wasnt sure what I was seeing as bh have not had this problem before.

It seems these roaches only come out at night, which is a good thing because if my teens saw this they would move out.

Ive also seen random bugs but did not put things together as did not know what I was seeing. This thread started just as I was figuring it out.

WHAT DO I DO!!
Before my teens see! Before my company comes in a week!

Will an exterminator get rid of ot fast? Do I need to my entire house or just kitchen.

Om scared of fumigation but will bait be fast enough. What about nicole81 tips?

I was in denial but need to face reality. So so so stressed out!.

An exterminator can spray intensely and have the bugs start to die in 3 days.

Doesn't meant they will stay away but you can get rid of them now.
